David Alan Westerfield has been sentenced to death for the kidnapping and murder of Danielle Van Dam.
I won't go back to the circumstances leading to this sentencing, they are all over my site. I believe Westerfield was framed and is paying for someone else's crime.
He will get another trial which cannot be worse than the previous. He will get another lawyer who cannot ask less questions than the previous one.
If inmates do not follow Brenda Van Dam's suggestions to take care of David Westerfield, he will be free one day.
BUT, a question has to be answered: who did kill Danielle Van Dam?
David Westerfield could be freed without having to go through appeals and spending tax payer money if a serious investigation was finally started by authorities across the country.
It would be a good idea to check the circumstances related to the disappearance and search for Jared Michael Negrete in 1991, the discovery of the body of Danielle Van Dam in 2002 and the disappearance and search for Jahi Turner in 2002.
It would be a good idea to check the circumstances related to the disappearance of Tiffany Sessions in 1989, the disappearance of Michael Negrete in 1999 and the kidnapping and murder of Amanda Dougherty in 1994.
None of theses cases has been solved, but, somebody is responsible.
It is very unlikely this person responsible is David Alan Westerfield.
