Child pornography, videos rape According to a press article published in the Mercury News on February 21st 2002: In January 2002, San Diego police arrested in San Diego, two men part of an international child porn ring uncovered by a Swedish watchdog group. San Diego police found cameras, computers, photos and videotapes, leather restraints, rope and handcuffs. Prosecutors said the two men were part of a child pornography ring in which they exchanged pictures and video of themselves molesting girls. Child pornography charges involve girls ages 10 to 13. San Diego District Attorney Paul Pfingst said that one man also allowed another man from Poway to abuse one of the girls he was abusing. The two men arrested, who have known each other for years, are the only two San Diego County men suspected as part of the international ring. Comments: As part of the investigation of this child pornography ring, twenty people were arrested in the U.S. and abroad. Forty-five children, including 37 in the United States, were victims of the porn ring and have been removed from the care of those indicted. The American victims ranged from age 2 to 14, and 80 percent of them were allegedly molested by one of their own parents. The two child abusers, both of San Diego, were arrested in January based on information from Denmark, investigators said. David Westerfield was never involved in this child pornography ring. Is it coincidental if a video of two men raping a little girl, similar to the videos San Diego police had in her possession since January 2002, was supposedly found in Westerfield's house ?
